This inherited disease is characterized by signs of discolored or darker urine, muscle weakness and cramps, anemia, and exercise intolerance. DDC Veterinary is offering fast, affordable DNA Testing for Phosphofructokinase Deficiency (PFK). This is available to breeders and owners of English Springer Spaniels and Cocker Spaniels worldwide. We will provide the owner with a detailed DNA report showing the canine's ID information and genotype for PFK: CLEAR, CARRIER, or AFFECTED.
